Reservations can only be accepted in written form, using our Booking Form (Pricelist or Website). You can book your Pitch or Room for any length of time except during high season. During high season you can book a Pitch or Room for a minimum of 1 week (7 nights). Arrival and departure days are not fixed. Apartments, Caravans and Mobilhpmes for rent can be booked only weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. |

a) Deposit when booking a Pitch EUR 70,--
b) Deposit when booking a Guestroom EUR 70,--
c) Deposit when booking an Apartment EUR 350,--
d) Deposit when booking a Caravan or Mobilehome for rent EUR 350,-- |

The Deposit applies to 1 Pitch / Room / Apartment / Caravan or Mobilhome for rent. If more than one unit is required then the corresponding number of deposits will have to be paid. The Deposit (less bank charges) will be credited to your final Invoice. |

The outstanding Amount has to be paid at Check In. |

Deposit Payments can be made by bank transfer to our Account No: 122.366 of Raiffeisenkasse Natters (Sort Code 36281); IBAN AT363628100000122366 - BIC/SWIFT RZTIAT22281, or by credit card. To charge your credit card we need the following Details (Name of Credit Card Company (Visa or Master Card), Credit Card Number, Name of Card Holder, Expiration Date). Your booking will be confirmed after we have receiceved your deposit on our account or your Credit Card has been sucessfully charged. |

We endeavour to fulfill your individual Booking Requests, availability allowing. Concerning Bookings for Pitches we reserve the right to book you in another Category if your desired Category is not available. We do not have to inform your about this change. |

Your booked Pitch / Room / Apartment / Caravan or Mobilhome for Rent is available on your arrival Date at 02:00 pm. On departure Date you must check out until 11:00 a.m. at the latest. |

If for any reason you should be considerably delayed on Arrival, then please inform us immediately. If we do not receive any message from you then your Pitch / Room / Apartment / Caravan or Mobilehome for rent will only be available to you until 09:00 pm and then rented to another party without any compensation. |

In case of Cancellation we have to charge you the following Cancellation Fees:
a) until 3 Months prior your Arrival no Cancellation Fees
b) until 1 Month prior your Arrival 50% of the estimated Residence Costs
c) until 14 Days prior your Arrival 65% of the estimated Residence Costs
d) from 14 Days prior your Arrival 80% of the estimated Residence Costs
Even for delayed Arrivals, unfounded Non-Arrivals or aniticipated Departures we have to charge you 80% of the estimated Residence Costs. Concerning the above mentioned circumstances, we have the right to charge your Credit Card for any Amounts due.
For all subjects, which are not listed explicit in our Booking Conditions, the relevant version of General business conditions for hotels (AGBH) will be applied. Any disputes will be settled in a Court of Law in Innsbruck. Austrian Law applies. |
